Become A Tribe Leader

We're Looking For Badass Women Like You.

Is This Your Tribe?

Our Tribe leaders are vital to the success of our guiding mission so it’s important to make sure we’re the right fit for each other. It says nothing less of you or us if we aren’t the right match – we are all different and this Tribe is cognizant of a woman’s right to define her own brand of feminism. This is ours.

The Tribe is based on a few non-negotiables:
  • Empowerment We build women up; we do not tear them down. It’s time to break the cycle of women playing into the societal assumption that strong women are “aggressive” or “bitchy”. We cheer on women who speak their mind, and we back them up when they are under attack.
  • Inspiration We share stories. We listen to stories. We’re guiding lights in a place that isn’t always bright. Sometimes, we all get smacked down – someone tries to put us in our place. We believe that our place is anyplace we are.
  • Support We don’t sit on the sidelines, and we definitely don’t encourage other women to. We don’t appreciate being told to “quiet down” and certainly would never say that to a Tribe member. While our intention is to remain positive, we don’t police Tribe members tone of voice – we encourage them to use their voice and find strength in holding their own. We will never tell women to “act more like a lady”… isn’t that how we got here to begin with?
This Might Be Your Tribe If…

You are tired of being called aggressive, bitchy, emotional or (insert personal insult never lobbed at a man who speaks his mind) for daring to have an opinion, or standing up for yourself.

You don’t hate men and are so over this crazy idea that being a feminist makes you a man-hater.

You believe in kindness and compassion. You don’t need to hurl insults to feel strong; your weapons are your objectivity and open mind.

You believe that women are the key to change and you know that standing together is what will bring that change. You do not believe that competition between women or tearing each other down is the answer. You know that feminism is personal to all of us and that, so long as we bind together on principles, every woman has the right to decide her own brand of feminism.

You are ready to change the world.
